1. What Haya stores
Haya uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep sessions secure, complete authentication, remember language and privacy choices, and, with permission, understand website use. Similar technologies include local storage and analytics identifiers.
2. Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports Supabase authentication sessions, security controls, form continuity, the selected Haya language, and the analytics-consent choice. It is required for requested functions and cannot be disabled through the analytics preference control.
3. Optional analytics
After you select “Allow analytics,” Haya may load Google Analytics using measurement ID G-8H13G7398V and PostHog if a Haya project key is configured. These tools help measure page visits, traffic source, form progress, and completed lead events. Haya does not intentionally send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, IDs, or uploaded documents in analytics events.
4. Your choices
You can choose “Necessary only” or “Allow analytics” in the privacy panel. A cookie-settings button remains available after your choice so you can change it. Declining analytics does not prevent vendor applications, account access, or other essential Haya functions.
5. Retention and updates
Consent choices remain in your browser until changed or cleared. Analytics retention follows the configured provider settings and the Privacy Policy. Haya will update this page when analytics providers or purposes materially change. Contact care@tryhaya.com with questions.
